Solitary Tree
The problem with a wildlife tour is that sometimes the wildlife just doesn’t cooperate and let themselves be seen. While the wildlife may disappoint, the landscape does not, and other photo opportunities abound. That is how I came across this tree. We were searching for a glimpse of wildlife in a stream but found nothing. As I turned around, I noticed this tree all by itself. This lone tree in a meadow stands in the morning steam from the nearby geysers.
