Overun By Sanderlings
While on Spring Break and roaming a beach on Coronado Island, I came across this group of Sanderlings looking for food. The number of birds in the flock, their near constant movement, and changing patterns were mesmerizing. Instead of chasing them around, I perched myself on the beach and waited for them to approach me, which they eventually did. I was suddenly overrun by the flock. In fact, they were too close to take a picture, and so I just enjoyed the moment.
12”x18” color print with 2” black matting, black metal frame, and non-glare acrylic. Total approximate dimensions of finished framed print are 16”x22”.
