A female Alaskan Brown Bear and her two cubs work their way down the shore of Cook Inlet at low tide in Lake Clark National Park, Alaska looking for Pacific Razor Clams. The mom’s uncanny ability to sniff out the clams and dig them up was remarkable. A skill she was trying to teach her cubs. Her cubs, meanwhile, appeared to give a half-hearted effort to trying the same thing and would look for their mom for handouts. What a great experience watching this display of a mother bear trying to teach her cubs a new skill.

12”x18” color print with 2” black matting, black metal frame, and non-glare acrylic. Total approximate dimensions of finished framed print are 16”x22”.
